By using Patentomania you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Patentomania is a drafting aid, not a law firm. Output may contain errors. Always consult a USPTO-registered patent attorney before filing.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In-app subscriptions are billed by Apple; payments made on our website are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Third-party AI and privacy
Patentomania sends your audio and invention text to third-party speech and AI services as described in the Privacy Policy. You must consent in the app before this happens and can withdraw consent in Settings, then Legal. Some providers, for example Anthropic, may retain submitted text for a limited period under their standard terms; we have no zero-retention agreement with them.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the inventions and drafts you create. We retain ownership of the Patentomania software and models.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agonist Development AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Patentomania.
